Fitness for families

Family Fitness classes. 

These will be at 10.15am at Crossfit Barwon. 

These are free classes for GAMBA members and open to anyone that wants to come.

The gym has an amazing floor space to work out in, a designated enclosed play space and since we have the gym to ourselves, we can close the front gates and leave an area for the children to run wild (under supervision of course)

So bring yourself, your other half and even the kids.

The exercises can all be scaled from beginners to more advances (so don't be put off by the name).
